Christoph Hillebrand operates in the partnership since 29 years. He is a German Certified Public Accountant and tax accountant. His occupational activity is focused on consulting in tax structuring, reorganisation of corporate forms, company's succession, recapitalization and restructuring of companies, insolvency law, business consulting, rating advisory, auditing and special audits.
Furthermore he is a member of the study group of the institute for auditors and insolvency law and arbitration cases.
Gert Nacken
Gert Nacken is skilled with professional experience for over 25 years. He is a German Certified Public Accountant and tax accountant as well. His occupational activity is focused on mergers and acquisitions, Due Diligence, corporate valuation, reorganisation of corporate forms, business start-ups and appropriation, company's succession and mediation in business.
